Sin noticias de una nueva paritaria para el mes de diciembre, la referente de la “Unión de Empleadas Domésticas de Tierra del Fuego”, reflejó las deplorables condiciones que están viviendo actualmente.
Como último orejón del tarro, las trabajadoras de casas particulares sufren un salario muy por debajo a lo que realmente les corresponde. A esto, le sumaron una paritaria a nivel nacional suspendida por el próximo cambio de Gobierno.
Así lo reflejó en diálogo con ((La 97)) Radio Fueguina Dora Sánchez, referente de la “Unión de Empleadas Domésticas de Tierra del Fuego”, quien no dio buenas noticias para sus compañeras, ya que “se suspendió la reunión de la Comisión, hasta que no se aclare qué pasará con el Ministerio de Trabajo”, decisión que tomará el próximo Gobierno.
“Al ser un régimen especial, nuestros acuerdos salariales y beneficios, se acuerdan en la comisión de Casas Particulares, la cual está integrada por empleadores, el sindicato que nos representa y el Ministerio de Trabajo”, comentó Sánchez. El último aumento acordado fue en septiembre, los cuales iban a verse reflejados en los sueldos con un 12% en octubre y noviembre; y un 10% en diciembre.
Sobre el poco monto que acordaron en septiembre, en cuanto al aumento de sueldo, Dora sostuvo que “percibimos un 30% de zona, pero eso no es nada para las compañeras, ya que son pocas a las que se les paga lo que corresponde. Si veníamos mal, me parece que el tema se pondrá peor”, sentenció.
Para diciembre ya debería estar fijada la fecha de la una nueva reunión para que en enero comiencen a percibir el nuevo aumento de sueldo, pero “no hay información de una nueva convocatoria hasta que se resuelva el reacomodamiento con el nuevo Gobierno. Posiblemente solamente haya un acuerdo entre empleado – empleador, donde ambos tienen la libertad de pedir y pagar lo que puedan”.
Al momento de referirse cuánto cobran las trabajadoras de casas particulares, añadió que por una hora, el monto a abonar es de $1.838, “en el mejor de los casos”, pero destacó que es un salario mínimo, por lo que para poder recibir un buen salario, por hora, deberían estar cobrando $2.500 “pero no lo paga nadie”.
Sobre la cantidad de trabajadoras, resaltó que “no hay un registro oficial a nivel país”, señalando que tiene varios grupos de WhatsApp, donde sólo tiene identificadas 400 compañeras, pero estimó que debe haber más.
Asimismo, Sánchez comentó que varias compañeras fueron estafadas al momento de realizar su trabajo, debido a que “las llaman, las tienen trabajando una semana y al momento de abonar, no pagan lo acordado. Se generó una situación de violencia, con gritos y la compañera se asustó. Hay dos personas, que ya las tenemos ubicadas, que realizan esta metodología”.
Por este motivo “no compartimos avisos de búsqueda de empleadas si no conocemos a los empleadores”, expresó.
