Comienza en Ushuaia un nuevo juicio por abuso sexual

El Tribunal de Juicio en lo Criminal del Distrito Judicial Sur dará inicio el jueves 21 de noviembre al debate oral y no público, para determinar la responsabilidad penal de un hombre acusado del delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado.

El imputado de 54 años está acusado de haber abusado sexualmente con acceso carnal mediando violencia y amenazas de la hija de 15años de quien era su pareja.

Concretamente, el 1 de enero de 2024, alrededor de las 12.49 horas, la hermana menor –de 13 años- de la adolescente puso en aviso a su madre de lo que había ocurrido, lo que luego fue ratificado por la propia víctima.

El Tribunal de Juicio será presidido por el Dr. Rodolfo Bembihy Videla, con las vocalías de los Dres. Maximiliano García Arpón y Alejandro Pagano Zavalía.

El Ministerio Público Fiscal estará a cargo de la Fiscalía Especializada en Violencia de Género e Intrafamiliar y Asistencia a las Víctimas, representado por la Dra. María Guadalupe Martire, y la Defensa del imputado la ejercerá el Dr. Dante Pellegrino.

Para la audiencia de debate estará está prevista la presencia de 7 testigos.
