El secretario general de ATE Ushuaia, Carlos Córdoba, se refirió a las medidas de fuerza que llevan adelante por reclamos salariales. “Seguiremos hasta que el Gobierno entienda que esto se resuelve con un aumento al básico”.
En esta línea, comentó que “hoy tenemos problemas con el Gobierno, que quizás entendía que podía manejar la situación tranquilamente. Necesitamos que el Gobernador cumpla lo que dijo sobre que ningún trabajador quedaría bajo la inflación. Noviembre va a ser bravo y después tenemos lo que viene en diciembre”.
Asimismo, lamentó que no han “tenido diálogo, en su momento parecía que iba a haber un cambio en la discusión, pero no pasó. El Gobernador dijo que si levantábamos la carpa convocaba a los sindicatos. Nosotros necesitamos que primero atienda a ATE y que después se junte con el resto. No tengo problema en juntarme con SUTEF o con los médicos. La verdad es que nosotros tenemos la posibilidad de estar al frente de todas las discusiones, todo el tiempo”.
“Años atrás venimos luchando e intentando que se cumpla con situaciones básicas. Hay compañeros que están siendo esclavizados dentro de la provincia. Nuestros hijos están siendo esclavizados por 60 mil pesos y por planes, con la mano en la espalda que dice ‘quedate tranquilo, seguí trabajando’ y con la promesa de entrar a planta”, denunció. “Si no hay aumento de sueldo urgente y no estamos a la altura de la inflación, lo que viene es esclavitud. Ya lo vivimos y lo vemos”.
Sobre los motivos de su alejamiento del Gobierno, Córdoba dijo: “Uno se cansa. De un momento a otro nos dicen ‘no hay plata’. Tienen 250 millones de dólares en el banco y te dicen que no se puede usar para gasto corriente. Ahora nos enteramos que lo usaron en gasto corriente. El Gobierno Nacional envió millones y millones para cubrir los costos en la pandemia y ese dinero no alcanzó”.
“Después, hicieron 17 mil millones de pesos en letras ¿y los ingresos en la Provincia?, ¿y los ingresos en rentas? Tenemos escuelas con chicos que no pueden comer; problemas en salud porque no alcanzan las cosas; problemas en desarrollo social. Fuimos contemplativos porque creíamos que necesitaban ayuda y ahora nos encontramos con esto. Te dicen ‘hay esto, y listo’”, siguió.
Las medidas se están llevando adelante: “Una en Casa de Gobierno, otra en el Ministerio de Trabajo, por el tema de los aumentos salariales y el reconocimiento a las tareas de los compañeros que no están siendo contemplados. Sólo reconocen a los del Registro Civil y a los de la IGJ, por el tema de uso de título. Los compañeros del Puerto están con el tema del aumento al básico y el reconocimiento del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo. También para que haya un aumento al básico”.
“El Gobernador dice ‘si levantan la carpa, yo los atiendo’. Ahora, yo te voy a levantar la carpa, cuando estuve todo este tiempo tratando de tener reuniones, buscando el apoyo de los otros sindicatos y no se acercaron. Ojalá que ATSA y UPCN puedan resolver esta situación”.
También cargó contra sus pares de ATSA y UPCN y sugirió que tienen un acuerdo con el Gobierno: “Imagino que deben tener la puerta abierta para buscar una solución con el Gobernador. Si no se acercaron, es porque debe haber un compromiso de ponerles la plata al básico. Por eso, también, intentamos comunicarnos con ellos para ver si tienen algo y favorecer la situación. Si ya arreglaron, ¿qué hacemos en la calle? Se va cada uno a su casa”.
Córdoba consideró que “hoy la Provincia está sin timón. Está la vicegobernadora, pero no sale a decir nada. La OSEF también se está fundiendo y los legisladores tampoco salen a decir nada. ¿Nos quedamos callados a esperar que alguien se dé cuenta o salimos a protestar?” “¿A quién le gusta dejar a su familia y quedarse en la calle matándose de frío? Hoy tenemos una marcha. Convocaremos a los sindicatos a que participen. Vamos desde Maipú hasta el cementerio y de ahí subimos. Nos quedaremos frente a la Legislatura y pediremos que alguien nos atienda. A ver si alguien tiene ganas de escuchar a los laburantes”, señaló.
Para cerrar, el sindicalista manifestó: “Están discutiendo el Presupuesto, bueno, queremos ver de qué manera podemos sentarnos a dialogar y buscar una solución”. “Nosotros no exigimos que se siente el Gobernador. Le avisamos, por este medio, que la gente se está levantando. No salimos a buscarlos, nos vienen a buscar. No esperemos que haya una gran población de trabajadores que no podamos conducir y que nos pase lo que nos pasa”, concluyó.
