La vocal por los pasivos de la Caja de Previsión Social de la Provincia, Patricia Blanco, se refirió a la modificación de la Ley 561 del Régimen Jubilatorio; “¿Les parece bien jubilar gente de 50 años?”, criticó. “Si van a devolver derechos a un sector, devuélvanlos a todos”.
Blanco dialogó con Radio Nacional Ushuaia y cargó contra la ministra de Educación, Analia Cubino, quien aseguró que “hay alrededor de 150 docentes que tienen cumplidos los requisitos para jubilarse por la ordinaria”: ”Creo que no son 100 personas o 150, como dicen algunos. Yo considero que son más, pero no tenemos los números. Ya hice el pedido a las áreas técnicas, calculamos entre 250 y 300 beneficiarios”.
La representante de los pasivos consideró que “al Régimen hay que analizarlo en profundidad. El sector docente defenderá lo que quiere. Reclamaban un derecho y pueden hacerlo. Los que tienen que pensar son los que gobiernan y legislan ¿Les parece bien jubilar gente de 50 años?”.
“Hubo un montón de consultas, como cuando hicieron el otro cambio de Ley ¿Para qué? Si después votan lo que quieren. El año pasado llevamos a los equipos técnicos, hubo reuniones y discusión, pero todo llegó hasta ahí”, criticó.
“Nosotros también reclamaremos recuperar un montón de derechos. Si van a devolver derechos a un sector, devuélvanlos a todos. Si a los jubilados también les prometieron en campaña. Acá es según quién pisa más fuerte”.
Al mismo tiempo, se refirió al estudio actuarial y aseguró que “se ha presentado un montón de veces en la Legislatura ¿saben la bolilla que les dan a eso?, ¿para qué piden tanto informe si después hacen lo que quieren? Yo no soy hipócrita, no tengo que quedar bien con nadie. A los únicos que les debo respeto y educación es a los jubilados”.
Blanco dijo respetar “la labor de los docentes frente a grado. No de los que son docentes y no saben lo que es un pizarrón. A estos últimos no hay que jubilarlos como al resto. Porque de estas leyes se cuelgan otros y sacan beneficios. Uno ve a docentes que hace años que están con chicos y con doble turno y demás. Pero también vemos a otros que no saben lo que es una tiza”.
Asimismo, adelantó que “ahora vendrán trabajadores de la salud, de los municipios y así ¿Les vamos a decir a unos que sí y a otros que no? Yo no sé qué va a pasar dentro de unos años. Ojalá que las cosas no se repitan, porque después los perjudicados somos los pasivos”.
“O la Ley es pareja para todos, o no es para nadie ¿Hasta cuándo vamos a estar con privilegios?, ¿hasta que explote todo?”.
Sobre la situación actual de la Caja, indicó que “hoy estamos tranquilos. Los haberes se pagan bien, los aportes ingresan como corresponde. Hice un pedido de la parte contable para ver qué es lo que se debe a la fecha. En Tierra del Fuego y en este país no sabés lo que va a pasar mañana”.
“Ahora, con el tema de que no habrá aumentos, sino bonos, los jubilados quedamos colgados. Dar bonos desfinancia al sistema. Por un lado queremos cuidar la Caja y por otro damos bonos sin aportes, ni contribución. Es un bono que llegará a algunos y se arman brechas entre jubilados”, advirtió.
También fue consultada por la jubilación “exprés” del juez de Instrucción Javier de Gamas Soler y vituperó que “tenemos gente esperando un haber definitivo hace 10 meses, pero saber que en 3 meses salió el trámite completito, generó molestia. Hay docentes, gente de la Legislatura, de Salud y demás”.
Y enfatizó que “molesta cuando las jubilaciones salen antes según quién sea. Yo no le doy prioridad a nadie, salvo que sean pensiones donde hay menores. El resto tiene que esperar como todo el mundo. Deberá responder el Presidente”.
Blanco sentenció que “no corresponde, todos tienen que esperar. Todo el mundo tiene necesidades. No porque sean jueces van a ser distintos al resto. Cada cual se tiene que hacer cargo de lo que firman y lo que hacen. Desde el cambio de Ley, las pensiones y jubilaciones no pasan por Directorio. Salvo que los pidamos”.
Por último, aseguró que hablaron “con el Presidente de la Caja, porque fue un trámite exprés y es una vergüenza. Son sus atribuciones y tiene que responder él. Acá hay que atenderlos a todos por igual, Hay que terminar con los privilegios por tener cargos en la política o influencias”.
