La secretaria General del SUTEF Río Grande, Adriana Soria, se refirió al paro de 48 horas dispuesta para el retorno a clases, luego del receso invernal por el gremio docente. Fue un exito porque “Hubo instituciones que directamente no se abrieron”.
Soria, después remarcó que hubo “instituciones que directamente no se abrieron, porque el cuerpo directivo y toda la docencia se han adherido a este paro, teniendo en cuenta todo lo que venimos trabajando en este plan de lucha, respecto de recuperar nuestros salarios y por el descontento por la forma en que se procedió de parte del gobierno, de concretar el aumento a través de un decreto”, repasó la sindicalista. Soria dijo que esperan respuesta en “todos los aspectos que también habíamos planteado en las mesas salariales, como el tema del mercado inmobiliario y el mercado de los formadores de precios, para que haya un control”.
También se refirió a la necesidad de “la reapertura de las mesas salariales, como para poder seguir trabajando, porque entendemos que la inflación nos ha consumido altamente nuestro salario y nos ha degradado nuestro poder adquisitivo. Entonces queremos continuar con esa discusión, para que podamos seguir trabajando y recomponer nuestros salarios”, reclamó.
Respecto de los sectores gremiales que aceptaron la propuesta salarial del Gobierno, dijo que eso no los condiciona e indicó que “Cada uno de los sectores analiza y ve las posibilidades, de acuerdo a las consultas que hacen a través de sus mandatos o con sus bases, de llevar adelante la negociación. Nosotros, obviamente que en la mesa salarial lo primero que se hizo fue rechazar, porque no estábamos de acuerdo que las sumas no vayan al básico”, aclaró.
Recordó que ese “era uno de los puntos que nosotros habíamos planteado, que tenían que ir al básico. Porque, de no ser así, eso no solo perjudica la carrera docente, sino que no impacta en los salarios de nuestros jubilados y jubiladas. También es un desfinanciamiento para la Caja y la obra social, porque no llegan esos aportes. Así que nosotros insistimos en que hay que volver a discutir, hay que charlar, porque obviamente el salario ha perdido su poder adquisitivo con toda la inflación que nos viene consumiendo a todos los trabajadores”, remarcó.
La secretaria General confirmó que, por parte del Gobierno, hasta ahora “no hay ninguna convocatoria. La idea es esa, exigir eso al gobierno para que nosotros podamos seguir discutiendo y que los trabajadores y las trabajadoras no sean los únicos que paguemos el ajuste, por lo que está sucediendo en Argentina, que sabemos que nos afecta a todos y a todas”.
Finalmente, sobre la continuidad de las acciones, indicó la titular del SUTEF Río Grande que “A partir del día miércoles arrancamos en las instituciones educativas con asambleas, para hacer además el relevamiento de inicio para saber en qué condiciones se encuentran los edificios. Creemos que durante el receso invernal se pusieron en condiciones todas aquellas escuelas que en las últimas semanas estuvieron sin clases, nuestros alumnos y alumnas, por las condiciones en que se encontraban esas instituciones. Y después, el día jueves, vamos a tener el Congreso Provincial de Delegados y Delegadas para ver cómo continuamos con nuestro plan de lucha”, concluyó Adriana Soria.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
