La abogada Griselda Engelhard representa a Romina Cirigliano, en las denuncias contra la funcionaria del Municipio de Ushuaia, Vanesa Saez; y su pareja, Matías Roa. Aseguró que, “de mis representados, ya son tres denunciantes” y agregó que, de la reunión con el Secretario de Gobierno, César Molina: “fue una situación extraña, pero entiendo la situación de Romina, las acusaciones infundadas, como de víctima la ponen a situación de victimaria y llegamos y la persona que tenía que estar, no estaba. Quedó con gusto a poco la reunión, pero quedamos en que nos van a reprogramar y nos van a recibir”.
Ushuaia.- La abogada Griselda Engelhard, patrocina a Romina Cirigliano, en la causa contra Vanesa Saez, funcionaria del Municipio de Ushuaia, a quien acusan por presuntas estafas y contra Matías Roa –pareja de Saez-, también por presuntas amenazas y estafas.
En declaraciones a Radio Provincia, Engelhard, se refirió a declaraciones de otros abogados, en relación a la causa que se tramita tanto en el juzgado de Instrucción de Sergio Pepe, como el de la jueza María Cristina Barrionuevo.
“Me pregunto cómo se opina sobre un caso que no conoce, si me preguntan sobre un tema de actualidad, puedo dar una opinión personal y no jurídica”, dijo en principio y agregó, “si hay delito o no, lo determina la justicia, como querellantes y actor civil, el trabajo es acercarle los elementos necesarios para ayudar en la investigación y el juez dirá si hay delito o no”, sentenció.
Acerca de la causa, la abogada dijo: “Romina inició la denuncia contra Vanesa Saez y Matías Roa, por presuntas estafas y también por amenazas, y siguieron las denuncias, tenemos a otro denunciante, que esta con miedo, y muy vulnerable emocionalmente, y presentamos la querella y el actor civil, también”.
“Hay otra denunciante por el tema de un vehículo y la denuncia está en curso, de mis representados, ya son tres denunciantes”, aseguró.
Acerca de los dichos de distintos funcionarios municipales, acerca de Romina Cirigliano, Engelhard expresó: “minimizar una situación de presuntas amenazas, de presunta estafa y decir que es mediático, es una manera de quitar importancia a una situación tan delicada. La denuncia está y Romina fue la pionera”.
Consultada sobre la actuación de oficio de los fiscales en el marco de estas denuncias, la abogada no recordó actuaciones de estas características y aseguró que, “después hay que estar encima de las causas, porque uno llega y la causa esta desestimada, archivada, en la justicia uno se lleva cada sorpresa, y pasan cosas extrañas, actuación de oficio no tengo memoria”, enfatizó.
Respecto de la reunión mantenida el día sábado en la intendencia y de la que participó el Secretario de Gobierno, Dr. César Molina, la letrada dijo: “Estuvimos en la reunión con César Molina, y preguntando porque había tanto silencio, como si nada pasase, y quedamos que la Municipalidad como persona jurídica va a quedar a la espera de las actuaciones judiciales, para que se genere algún sumario interno, y van a esperar algún elemento que aportará la justicia”.
Por su parte, Romina Cirigliano, la principal damnificada expresó: “Tengo un video que me lo estoy reservando, pero me trataron con unos modales que no me gustaron mucho” y continuó, “vos, yo, la doctora, les pagamos el sueldo a la gente de la municipalidad, parece que se olvidan, entonces Vanesa Saez se olvida, y porque se llama a silencio si no tiene nada que ver”, dijo.
Sobre el segundo denunciado, Matías Roa, Engelhard dijo: “aparentemente estaría viviendo en Buenos Aires, las denuncias se hacen acá y como querella voy a pedir que se lo traiga, en algún momento se va a tener que emitir desde la Justicia la prohibición de salida del país, para que, en el caso de llegar a una instancia de procesamiento, se lo pueda juzgar. O tener bajo la lupa, un domicilio fijo, si está en el norte, se va a tener que acercar a firmar, mínimamente con pautas de conducta”, dijo acerca de las posibles medidas judiciales que dictaminen desde los juzgados de instrucción.
Consultada sobre su percepción de la reunión con Molina, la abogada indicó: “fue una situación extraña, deje de hacer cosas porque entiendo la situación de Romina, las acusaciones infundadas, como de víctima la ponen a situación de victimaria y llegamos y la persona que tenía que estar, no estaba. Quedó con gusto a poco la reunión, pero quedamos en que nos van a reprogramar y nos van a recibir. Yo como abogada prefiero manejarme en el expediente, que se libren los oficios a la Municipalidad, para que tengan sus elementos para trabajar, si vuelve a haber una reunión de estas, iré, pero no espero mucho de esto”, aseguró.
Por otro lado, sobre el material probatorio, Engelhard explicó que “fuera del expediente no aporto nada, se aportaron los testimonios”.
En este marco, Romina solicitó que, “mínimo Cesar Molina debería de salir a pedir disculpas, es patética la postura del Municipio. Esto tiene que ser escuchado por todos”.
“Hay más damnificados, hay más denuncias, nosotros agradecemos a los medios que nos dan espacio, porque esto recién comienza, quizás Romina puso la cara y el cuerpo y soporta todo, y a través de Romina se van acercando más personas. En Estados Unidos hay dos personas más, que llegan a mediados de mes, y que van a dejar los poderes para poder representarlos acá”.
Sobre las presuntas amenazas, y los mensajes de whatsapp que habría recibido Cirigliano, por parte de Roa, la mujer indicó: “las ganas que me tienen de explotarme toda, es bronca, es temor, tengo tres nenes, uno es adolescente que va y viene, tengo mi papá y al final, mucho dicen que nos tocan a una y nos tocan a todas y a mí nadie me llamo, entonces, para unos sí y para otros no. Estoy segura que atrás de Vanesa hay más gente relacionada y con mucho poder”.
Un dato no menor que deslizó la abogada que representa a Cirgliano es que “son escuchadas todas las notas de prensa, porque por ejemplo en una de las últimas notas que di, que hice hincapié en la falta de pago y las denuncias, Roa se comunicó con el denunciante, agrediendo mi calidad de mujer, de profesional, de trabajo, diciendo que los abogados solo buscamos fama y plata, que estamos para eso, y no para defender a nuestros clientes. Estoy acostumbrada, desde el 2016 a trabajar con los medios, porque es una manera de ayudar a la causa y a los damnificados, se le dijo que se comunicara con la abogada y si hubieras pagado, no hubiéramos estado en esta situación”.
El audio que circula en redes sociales, con las presuntas amenazas de Roa, es el que “genera la causa de amenazas. El mecanismo que aprendí, hago las presentaciones judiciales y luego a los medios, pero ese audio es la base de la denuncia de amenazas”, indicó la abogada.
Sobre las personas a las que actualmente está representando Engelhard, “son laburantes y cifras que se quiten desestructuran toda la economía, y para vender la comida en la rotisería, por ejemplo, Romina, tiene que pagar, entonces me veo en la obligación de mostrar a Romina completa, no la que explotó y tuvo esta reacción”, reflexionó la letrada.
“Encuentro que hay muchos daños en lo civil, más allá de la restitución del dinero, con intereses, daño moral, más la terapia. A la causa civil la llevo dentro de la penal, me funciona mucho mejor, y es una cuestión de economía procesal”, explicó.
Por último, la Dra. Griselda Engelhard dijo: “Cuanta más gente denuncie es mejor, por la acumulación de causas, y se empieza a tejer la información de una causa que va beneficiando a otros porque es más de lo mismo.
