El intendente de Ushuaia, Walter Vuoto, firmó un importante acuerdo con la empresa mayorista Diarco, para establecer descuentos semanales en productos de la canasta básica que en algunos casos alcanzará el 50%. Además, se prorrogó por dos años el descuento en todos los productos con Tarjeta+U.
Durante la firma del acuerdo, el intendente Vuoto expresó su agradecimiento a la empresa por la colaboración en este esfuerzo. En la firma del documento estuvo presente la concejal Laura Ávila y el secretario de Turismo, a cargo de la subsecretaría de Desarrollo Económico, Gustavo Ventura.
El Intendente destacó que a partir de la próxima semana, a través de la tarjeta +U, se ofrecerán precios especiales con descuentos muy significativos, de hasta el 50%, en alimentos que forman parte de la canasta básica, incluyendo la carne. Esto representa un importante alivio para los bolsillos de nuestros vecinos y vecinas, en un contexto macroeconómico complejo, destacó el Intendente.
Por otra parte, Ventura, expresó su satisfacción por la oportunidad que brinda la empresa de establecer semanalmente un acuerdo de precios en productos específicos relacionados con la canasta básica.
El funcionario también señaló que estas medidas económicas están siendo implementadas a solicitud del intendente Walter Vuoto, con el objetivo de respaldar a los habitantes de Tierra del Fuego.
