Aumento salarial del 3,9% para Policías y Penitenciarios

Mediante el Decreto 2548/24, fechado el 31 de octubre y firmado por la vicegobernadora Mónica Urquiza y la ministra de Obras Públicas, Gabriela Castillo, se fijaron los valores de la nueva Escala Salarial para el personal de la Policía y el Servicio Penitenciario, vigente a partir de noviembre.

La medida implica un incremento del 3,9% respecto al básico de octubre y se ejecutó en el marco del nuevo “Programa de Acompañamiento Salarial 2024”, a través del cual el Gobierno lleva adelante criterios pautas de equilibrio para la recomposición de los salarios de cada escalafón.

En atención que el personal policial no cuenta con mesas paritarias, toda aprobación de incremento, modificación o incorporación de nuevos conceptos sobre la estructura del régimen retributivo que se les aplica, es de carácter exclusivo y restrictivo del Gobernador, por revestir el cargo de Jefe de la Administración Pública Provincia.

En la norma se destaca que es “menester aplicar el Programa de Acompañamiento 2024 sobre el régimen retributivo del personal comprendido en el Escalafón Policial, Personal Civil de la Policía y Servicio Penitenciario de la Provincia, ello a fines de garantizar un piso mínimo de recomposición de los ingresos de la fuerza y asegurar la continuidad de la prestación del servicio de seguridad en condiciones de regularidad, todo ello con efectos a partir de noviembre de 2024”, por lo que se dispone “la implementación de una recomposición salarial con el objetivo de mejorar el haber del escalafón provincial, procediéndose a incrementar al salario básico, a partir del mes de noviembre de 2024, ello debido a la adecuación de los recursos en la aprobación de los aumentos correspondientes a las escalas salariales, asegurándose así un adecuado nivel de remuneración para el personal policial, en concordancia con los principios de equidad y justicia salarial”.

El salario básico establecido en la nueva Escala Salarial, a partir de este mes de noviembre, queda para los grados superiores en los siguientes valores:

Comisario General $939.345,90; Comisario Mayor $855.052,69; Comisario Inspector $747.364,30; Comisario $601.528,87; Subcomisario $468.812,22; Principal $392.749,54; Inspector $353.655,92; Subinspector $315.613,76; Ayudante $283.292,55

Para los grados subalternos, la nueva Escala Salarial queda de la siguiente manera:

Suboficial Mayor $546.267,34; Suboficial Auxiliar $490.125,18; Suboficial Escribiente $444.353,50; Sargento Primero $400.316,24; Sargento $358.197,84; Cabo Primero $321.576,67; Cabo $289.108,89 y Agente $258.607.66.

Para el personal del Servicio Penitenciario, la Escala Salarial de noviembre queda en los mismos valores, de acuerdo a jerarquía equivalente a la Policía, que reviste el personal.

En cuanto al pago de la suma fija, denominada “Ítem Transitorio”, va desde los $60.000 para los grados superiores, aumentando de manera gradual hasta llegar a los $95.000 para el agente que recién ingresa.
