Además, contó que “habrá expositores y profesionales que darán su mirada sobre temas específicos y aspectos jurídicos e históricos. La política exterior de Argentina y los recursos naturales; y toda una serie de conocimientos que expondrán para los empleados del Estado municipal”.
“Esta capacitación es de carácter obligatorio. Es la primera vez que se hace, y estamos muy orgullosos de eso”.
Iriarte expuso que “en paralelo habrá actividades con proyección de cortos y documentales en distintos espacios. En las redes de la Municipalidad tendrán todo para hacer parte de estos eventos. Tiene que ver con lo político, lo cultural y estas capacitaciones”.
El funcionario comentó que “esto se inspira a la Ley nacional promovida por Eugenia Duré en el Senado; tuvo eco en la provincia y Victoria Vuoto fue quien promovió estas actividades. Es un trabajo muy interesante que pudimos realizar con la Legisladora, y tendrá un nivel realmente importante”.
Por otro lado, habló sobre el nuevo acuerdo paritario al que llegó el Municipio y dijo: “Nos va a permitir tener un marco de paz social hasta entrado el año que viene. Estaremos unos puntos por encima de la inflación prevista para los próximos meses, lo que nos permitirá recomponer un poco el trabajo de los empleados municipales”.
Consultado por las obras viales que llevan adelante, precisó que “hay tres empresas en la calle, trabajando en distintos frentes. Están en Alem, en la calle Irigoyen, en Karukinka y distintos sectores que hemos definido. En cuanto antes podamos recuperar y poner en condiciones, más tranquila estará la ciudadanía, que en definitiva ve el pago de sus impuestos reflejado en obras que mejoran la transitabilidad”.
“El avance es en un bajo porcentaje. Va por el 10% o 15%. Hay que tener paciencia. Esto afecta al tránsito, pero después cuando las empresas asfaltan, mejora mucho la calidad”, siguió.
En cuanto al presupuesto para el ejercicio 2025, Iriarte advirtió que “es un año realmente complejo. En Argentina estamos acostumbrados a tener índices que para cualquier país del mundo significarían una catástrofe. Eso nos obliga a adaptarnos, ser inteligentes y gestionar de manera mucho más eficiente”.
Finalmente, detalló que “son cerca de 20 mil millones de pesos de obras nacionales que no tenemos, por definiciones políticas. Eso nos obliga a ser mucho más inteligentes y utilizar lo poco que tenemos de la mejor manera. Tenemos todas las fichas en la planta de asfalto, para seguir con la mejora de la trama vial”.
“También con la atención en los gastos que demanda la situación social, que aumentan con esta crisis económica, que pareciera no tener fin”, culminó.
