La Sociedad Anónima con participación estatal mayoritaria ya cuenta con el 71,3% de sus 300 millones de pesos de capital accionario integrado. El Ejecutivo ya transfirió 206,3 millones de pesos y 7,5 millones de pesos la Agencia de Recaudación Fueguina. Para cumplimentar con el monto accionario fijado en la ley 1423, resta que los socios aporten otros 86,2 millones de pesos.
El ministerio de Economía dispuso a fines de agosto transferir otros 138,8 millones de pesos a Terra Ignis, en concepto de segundo aporte de capital social a la sociedad anónima con participación estatal mayoritaria que fuera creada en junio de 2022 por ley 1423.
De esta manera, el Poder Ejecutivo ya destinó 206,3 millones de pesos para capitalizar a Terra Ignis, por lo que todavía falta que cumplir con otros 63,7 millones para así completar los 270 millones de pesos correspondientes al 90% del capital social fijado por ley.
La Agencia de Recaudación Fueguina, que cuenta con el 10% restante del capital social, ha aportado hasta ahora 7,5 millones de pesos de los 30 millones que le corresponden en su condición de socio minoritario.
A mediados de agosto de 2023, el Poder Ejecutivo aprobó el estatuto social y ordenó su inscripción ante la Inspección General de Justicia, momento en el que dispuso que los socios integrarán el 25% de los 300 millones de pesos de capital social, por lo que el Gobierno transfirió 67,5 millones de pesos y 7,5 millones la AREF.
Un año después, y tal se desprende de la Resolución 847/24 dictada el jueves 29 de agosto y publicada el jueves 3 de octubre, el ministro de Economía autorizó la transferencia de otros 138,8 millones de pesos a favor de Terra Ignis, cumpliendo así con el 76,5% del aporte de capital que corresponde al Gobierno.
Además de este nuevo aporte de capital, también en el Boletín del pasado jueves 3 se publicó la Resolución 776/24, del 8 de agosto de este año, mediante la que el Ministro de Economía aprobó la transferencia de 2.058 millones de pesos (equivalentes a 2,2 millones de dólares) a favor de Terra Ignis, para que la empresa pueda financiar la contratación de alquiler de equipos de generación eléctrica por 4 meses, prorrogable mensualmente por hasta un período máximo de 12 meses, que garanticen la provisión y
suministro de electricidad en la ciudad de Ushuaia.
