Esta mañana, a las 09:45 horas, el personal de la Comisaría Tercera de Ushuaia fue alertado sobre tres despistes ocurridos en distintos puntos de la Ruta Nacional 3, los tres incidentes fueron provocados por las condiciones resbaladizas de la calzada debido a la formación de hielo, lo que afectó la seguridad en el tránsito de la zona.
El primer despiste se produjo a la altura del kilómetro 3010 y estuvo protagonizado por un motovehículo Honda CV-500x, conducido por Iolanda Ferreira Dias de 35 años, un turista brasileño que se dirigía hacia la ciudad de Río Grande.
Ferreira Dias informó que el estado resbaladizo de la ruta fue el causante de la pérdida de control de su vehículo. Afortunadamente, no sufrió lesiones y su moto no presentó daños ni desperfectos mecánicos. Tras el control de la documentación, que estaba en regla, se permitió que el conductor continuara su viaje una vez que las condiciones de la calzada mejoraran.
El segundo incidente tuvo lugar en el kilómetro 3008, cuando un Chevrolet Agile, conducido por María Belén Mercado de 43 años, la cual también se despistó debido al estado de la calzada. Al igual que en el caso anterior, la conductora no sufrió heridas y su vehículo, que contaba con cubiertas de invierno, no presentó daños mecánicos. Luego de verificar que toda la documentación estaba en regla, Mercado pudo continuar su camino con dirección a la ciudad.
Por último, en el kilómetro 3007, se registró el despiste de una camioneta, cerrando una mañana complicada en este tramo de la Ruta Nacional N° 3.
En el lugar de los incidentes trabajan intensamente efectivos de Seguridad Vial, Protección Civil y Gendarmería Nacional, colaborando en las tareas de asistencia y prevención.
Hasta el momento, no se ha reportado ninguna persona con heridas de gravedad, aunque se sigue recomendando a los conductores circular con extrema precaución ante las condiciones adversas del clima en la zona.
Los tres conductores pudieron continuar su viaje una vez que las autoridades verificaron que los vehículos y la documentación cumplían con los requisitos legales.
