Se trata de una empresa que pertenece a la familia del actual ministro de Economía de la Nación.
Desde el gremio ASIMRA – Asociación de Supervisores de la Industria Metalmecánica de la República Argentina – filial Río Grande, confirmaron que en el conflicto intervino en las últimas horas el Ministerio de Trabajo, quien aprobó la instancia de conciliación obligatoria.
Como corolario de un viejo conflicto entre los responsables de la firma que pertenece a la familia del titular del Ministerio de Economía de la Nación, Luis Caputo, y que es dirigida por su primo Nicolás “Nicky” Caputo, 68 supervisores metalmecánicos de Mirgor, fueron despedidos en los últimos días. Según fuentes sindicales, el problema se originó cuando los empleadores intentaron que consintieran un cambio de convenio colectivo, a lo que la mayoría se opuso.
Para el gremio este cambio, que sobrevino luego de que Mirgor dejó de ser autopartista y se inscribió en el rubro electrónica, les significa una considerable pérdida de ingresos.
Conocidos los despidos, intervino el Ministerio de Trabajo y dictó la conciliación obligatoria por 15 días, en los que las partes deberán negociar.
inicialmente se dio a conocer por parte de ASIMRA seccional Patagonia que “el día martes 5 de marzo y luego de la medida de fuerza directa que realizamos hemos logrado la reincorporación de los 68 compañeros que habían sido desvinculados de manera unilateral, intempestiva y arbitraria por la patronal”.
