El Ministro de Economía finalmente dio a conocer los principales puntos del plan de shock de Javier Milei. Dólar a 800, desaparición de las SIRA y reducción de subsidios a sectores clave.
Luego de horas de expectativa e incertidumbre, llegó el video. Quienes forman parte del equipo de Javier Milei reconocieron su malestar, porque hubo que regrabarlo: estaba nervioso, titubeaba y no tenía la fuerza que el momento necesitaba.
Pero finalmente se difundió. Con un Luis «Toto» Caputo en soledad y sentado frente a un escritorio, el flamante ministro de dio a conocer los principales puntos de las medidas de shock que forman parte del plan económico de los libertarios.
Confirmó, tras un breve diagnóstico, que no se renuevan los contratos laborales del Estado (por ahora, solo en el plano nacional) que tengan menos de un año y se suspende la pauta publicitaria, como ya se había anticipado; confirmó además la reducción de la estructura ministerial.
Pero las medidas en general tendrán su efecto particular en las provincias y a Tierra del Fuego le preocupan especialmente las siguientes:
1: Caputo anunció que se van a reducir al mínimo «las transferencias discrecionales del Estado nacional a las provincias». Dependiendo el presidente de turno, nuestra Provincia y los municipios han estado en el fondo o en pole position a la hora de verse beneficiados vía este método.
2:El dólar oficial se dispara a $800, pero además se liberan importaciones y se reducen las hasta ahora necesarias SIRA (Sistema de Importaciones de la República Argentina). «Reemplazaremos el sistema de importaciones SIRA por un sistema estadístico y de información de importaciones que no requerirá de la aprobación de licencias. Así se termina la discrecionalidad y se garantiza la transparencia del proceso de aprobación de las importaciones, es decir, el que quiera importar podrá hacerlo», dijo el Ministro.
3:Reducción de subsidios al transporte y la energía. Dos sectores que dependen directamente de los fondos del Tesoro Nacional para mantener estable las tarifas. Solo a modo de ejemplo, por estas horas hay medidas de fuerza de colectiveros en Río Grande preocupados por el retraso de subsidios que ahora se conoce van a escasear cada vez más; por el lado energético, ya estaba previsto una suba de la tarifa eléctrica para inicios de 2024 que podría transformarse en «tarifazo».
