El intendente Martín Pérez confirmó la novedad en Radio Fueguina. La urbanización estará ubicada «detrás del barrio Malvinas Argentinas», confirmó.
Martín Perez, jefe comunal de Río Grande, anunció en exclusiva por ((La 97)) Radio Fueguina la obtención de un importante predio a la salida de la ciudad, cuya función será la de dividir en lotes para otorgar a vecinos que lo requieran, como forma de paliar la problemática habitacional que afecta a la comunidad.
“Pudimos hacer un acuerdo con el sector privado, con un tenedor de tierras muy importantes de la ciudad en la zona detrás del barrio Malvinas Argentinas, que nos cedió por completo 36 hectáreas al municipio” informó en detalle Martín Perez.
Dio cuenta que será el propio Ejecutivo el que va a llevar adelante las obras de infraestructura necesarias “para poder otorgar más de 600 lotes a nuestros vecinos y vecinas”, según adelantó.
Una parte de los lotes conservarán la calidad de privados, en manos del dueño de la tierra, en un 40%. “El 60% restante van a ser tierras que le van a quedar al Municipio para poder entregarlas a los vecinos y a las vecinas que los necesiten”, completó la información el funcionario. Por otra parte, admitió estar pensando también en destinar algunas de esas 36 hectáreas para delimitar una zona productiva.
“Esto lo pudimos hacer porque tenemos una herramienta del Concejo Deliberante” reconoció el intendente Martín Pérez, en relación a la Emergencia Habitacional propuesta por la concejala Miriam «Laly» Mora.
