Se solicita que “los trabajadores de los planes PEL, perciban un salario digno, al menos idéntico al que perciben los trabajadores de planta dependientes de la administración, que realizan igual tarea y en idéntica jornada laboral”.
Advierten que “la realidad económica y la grave situación inflacionaria que nos encontramos transitando, nos lleva a la triste realidad de que los compañeros PEL no logren acceder siquiera a las necesidades mínimas, indispensables e impostergables”.
Luego se indica que “respecto a la contraprestación salarial que reciben los mismos, por la prestación de servicios en las diferentes áreas de la administración pública provincial, es que vengo en la presente a solicitar que se arbitren los mecanismos necesarios a fin de que, por la labor que realizan los trabajadores de los planes PEL, perciban un salario digno, al menos idéntico al que perciben los trabajadores de planta dependientes de la administración, que realizan igual tarea y en idéntica jornada laboral”, señala el escrito.
El texto, que firma Carlos Córdoba y va dirigido a Melella, remarca que se trata de “un universo de trabajadores que son único sustento económico de su grupo familiar, y se encuentran limitados de poder afrontar los gastos que demanda mínimamente una canasta familiar básica, de alimentación, salud, vivienda, educación, vestimenta, entre otros gastos, encontrándose prácticamente en situaciones precarias; vulnerándose en consecuencia otros derechos inherentes que se encuentran garantizados por nuestra Constitución”.
En su tramo final, la nota dice que “por lo expuesto precedentemente, solicito se considere la pretensión aquí esgrimida y se arbitren los medios necesarios, a los efectos de hacer viable y efectivo el pago de un salario digno, al menos idéntico o cercano al que perciben los trabajadores de planta, que realizan idénticas tareas”.
Pide el secretario General de ATE que se haga “teniendo presente que hasta la actualidad se encuentran prestando servicio en los diferentes ámbitos de la administración pública provincial, percibiendo un salario que no alcanza para cubrir la canasta básica, pudiendo dignificar la vida de un centenar de compañeros de atenderse las cuestiones aquí planteadas”, concluye la misiva.
