Chocó dos autos estacionados borracho y arremetió contra un policía, termino detenido, sucedió en calle De la Estancia al 2776 de la ciudad de Ushuaia.
Tras la colisión se constató que un rodado Jeep, Renegade, conducido por Francisco Robinson Vera Levin, (sin acompañantes), colisionó a dos unidades estacionadas y sin ocupantes. Un Renault Duster, propiedad de Rodolfo Artigas y una Hyundai, Tucson, propiedad de Mariel Rossana.
Luego de comprobarse que todos los rodados contaban con la documentación correspondiente, el ciudadano Vera Levin presentaba aliento etílico, por lo que se convocó a personal de Tránsito Municipal, aclarando que el masculino se negó a practicar alcotest, por lo que se le incautó la unidad.
Tras ello y mientras se confeccionaba el acta policial para restituir a Vera Levin a su esposa presente en el lugar, Vera arremetió contra un efectivo policial sujetándolo de su campera refractaria a la vez que refería improperios, por lo que debió proceder a su reducción y esposamiento, quedado aprendido. Se comunicaron con la Fiscalía y se dispuso dar trámite como flagrante delito.
