Vero es una emprendedora local que se quedó sin trabajo y a cargo de sus dos hijos, por lo cual comenzó a cocinar budines que luego vendió en la calle. Así descubrió un buen mercado en los productos Sin TACC.
En declaraciones a la ((97)) Radio Fueguina, la responsable de “Vero budines”, comentó que “surgió a raíz de que muchos clientes me pedían si no lo podía hacer sin harina o gente que no podía comer azúcar, y mucha gente con problemas que eran celíacos me pedía sin harina”.
“Entonces empecé a buscar recetas y fui probando a ver cuál salía mejor y así pude incorporar dos recetas para hacer budines sin tacc y salieron muy buenos”, expresó la vecina, y agregó que “la verdad que las últimas semana que empecé a vender salieron muy bien tuvo mucha repercusión, mucho éxito y también incorporamos galletas de coco Sin TACC”.
Los budines se pueden comprar todos los días de 10 a 12:30 y de 15:30 a 19 de lunes a sábados en Domingo Granja. “Los días miércoles y sábados son los días que yo tengo productos Sin TACC”. mencionó Vero.
Respecto a los costos destacó que “trato de mantener un precio más o menos equilibrado, los budines comunes con harina normal en 250 pesos y después los que son sin tacc en 350 pesos.
“A través de las redes tengo mi página de Facebook Los Budines de Vero, después en Instagram igual y después en tik Tok también incorporamos, así que estamos re bien”, expuso la mujer.
“Por medio de esas redes me pueden contactar y si no directamente en Domingo Granja. Sinceramente me gusta trabajar de esto porque yo puedo manejar mis tiempos, hay que ponerle un poco más de horas y de esfuerzo, pero mi idea es poder hacer un local acá en mi casa y seguir también con la venta de budines o de otros panificados y trabajando por mi cuenta”, relató Vero.
