El juez Electoral Isidoro Aramburu confirmó que el viernes se conocerán los nombres de los 14 convencionales constituyentes y que voto por voto se contabilizarán las preferencias dispuestas por los ciudadanos durante las elecciones y que las mismas se contarán por género, aplicando el fallo del STJ.
En declaraciones a Radio Provincia Aramburu celebró ayer la rapidez y transparencia del escrutinio provisorio realizado el domingo y confirmó que el próximo viernes se conocerán los resultados definitivos de las elecciones, una vez que se hayan contabilizado las preferencias realizadas por la ciudadanía en las boletas de candidatos a convencionales constituyentes.
La Junta Electoral el día 19 de mayo comenzará con las tareas de escrutinio definitivo que se llevarán a cabo en las instalaciones del Salón Conrado Witthaus de Tribunales (Congreso Nacional 502); donde, además, se realizará el computo de las preferencias asentadas en las boletas de las agrupaciones que obtuvieron bancas para integrar la Convención Constituyente.
De acuerdo a los datos provisorios, hasta la fecha se procesaron 42.077 votos que representan el 97,62% de los votos emitidos. De esa cifra, 39.156 boletas son válidas, de las cuales 16.111 tienen marcadas preferencias, con lo cual la Justicia Electoral tiene un arduo trabajo por delante para contabilizar voto por voto quiénes son los elegidos para cumplir con el mandato popular de reformar la Carta Magna.
El Juez Electoral confirmó también que las preferencias se contarán por género y para determinar a quién corresponde cada banca se aplicará el fallo del Superior Tribunal de Justicia en la causa López Entable contra el Concejo Deliberante de Ushuaia. Dicho fallo establece que: “Si un varón de una lista es preferido en el porcentaje que establece la norma vigente, solamente modificará el orden impreso en la lista desplazando a otro varón e idéntica situación se presenta en relación a las mujeres”.
Al ser consultado acerca de si es constitucional esa medida, el Juez afirmó: “Yo cumplo con la ley. Oportunamente, le pedí respetuosamente al Concejo Deliberante que modifique la ordenanza, pero no tuvo eco mi pedido”.
El juez Aramburu también agradeció “a todo el abnegado personal del Juzgado Electoral de la provincia sin cuya sacrificada actitud y vocación de servicio estos eventos democráticos no podrían realizarse” y sumó su gratificación también a las autoridades de mesa, a los delegados judiciales, al Comando Electoral, a la Dirección de Informática y Telecomunicaciones del STJ; y a los apoderados de las agrupaciones políticas participantes que contribuyeron a que todo se desarrollara con total armonía en estas elecciones a convencionales constituyentes de la ciudad de Ushuaia”.
