El juzgado de instrucción 1, que estó en turno a cargo del Dr. Daniel Cesari Hernández, trabaja en relación con la división Delitos Complejos de la Policía, ordenándose la detención del efectivo policial, un agente de la comisaría Primera, sobre el cual se iniciará la investigación.
Por el momento no ha trascendido el nombre del agente detenido.
