El Gobernador y el titular de la AREF inscribieron ante la Inspección General de Justicia de la Provincia a Terra Ignis Energía SA. En su carácter de, por ahora, únicos socios y accionistas de la sociedad anónima también designaron a los integrantes del Directorio de la Empresa, que será presidida por el ex titular de la empresa de gas y petróleo de la provincia de Neuquén. Tambien el marido de la actual legisladora Miriam Martinez.
Transcurrido más de un año desde que la Legislatura aprobara por unanimidad la ley que declaró de interés público provincial y objetivo prioritario la exploración, explotación, industrialización, transporte y comercialización de hidrocarburo, gas y energías renovables, y creó Terra Ignis Energía, la Inspección General de Justicia publicó el edicto de inscripción de la Sociedad Anónima con participación estatal mayoritaria.
En el edicto en cuestión, fechado el pasado viernes, se indica que el Gobernador, Gustavo Melella, y el Director Ejecutivo de la Agencia de Recaudación Fueguina, Oscar Bahamonde, en su carácter de representantes, por ahora, de los únicos socios y accionistas resuelven integrar en efectivo el 25% de los 300 millones de pesos que, por ley de creación, constituyen el capital social de la empresa. De ese total, corresponden a la Provincia 270 millones (hasta ahora aportó 67,5 millones) y los 30 millones restantes a la AREF (aportó inicialmente 7,5 millones).
En uso de las facultades que les son propios como accionistas, también designaron a los 5 Directores Titulares y 5 Directores Suplentes que administrarán la empresa, y a los 3 síndicos titulares y 3 suplentes que fiscalizar la administración de la sociedad. Los designados podrán durar en sus cargos hasta por 3 ejercicios.
La ley 1423 estableció que corresponde al Ejecutivo proponer 3 Directores titulares y 3 suplentes y los restantes a la Legislatura, por lo que el Gobernador postuló y la asamblea de accionistas, integrada por el propio mandatario y el titular de AREF, designaron a Alberto Etcheverry como Director Titular Primero y Presidente de Terra Ignis. Este ingeniero hidráulico, ingeniero civil e ingeniero en construcciones nacido en Neuquén en 1964, fue el primer presidente de GyP, la empresa de gas y petróleo de la provincia de Neuquén. También se desempeñó como Secretario de Modernización del Municipio de Neuquén, y asesor en Temas Energéticos de diversas empresas y organizaciones.
Como Director Titular Segundo y Vicepresidente fue designado Milton Fellay. Este abogado es Secretario Legal del Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos y Síndico del Laboratorio del Fin del Mundo. Inicialmente Fellay había sido designado Síndico de Terra Ignis, pero finalmente reemplazó en el Directorio y Vicepresidencia al secretario de Hidrocarburos, Alejandro Aguirre.
Los restantes Directores Titulares son Sonia Castiglione, ministro de Producción. Claudio Carreras, marido de la actual Legisladora Miriam Martinez (VER) y quien ocupó cargos en el Ejecutivo durante las gobernaciones de Carlos Manfredotti y Rosana Bertone; y el dirigente radical Fernando Gliubich. Estos dos últimos Directores fueron propuestos por la Legislatura.
Los Directores suplentes propuestos por el Ejecutivo son el contador Oscar Bahamonde (titular de AREF); la contadora a Cecilia Rojo; y el Geólogo, domiciliado en CABA, Marcelo Merino. En tanto que los propuestos por el Parlamento son el Técnico Superior en Despacho de Aduana y Comercio Exterior Lautaro Saiman, y la Licenciada en Administración y Gestión Empresarial Nancy Graña.
En tanto que los miembros titulares y suplentes del órgano de fiscalización son el Contador Público Rafael Pereyra Ramos; la abogada Verónica Luna; la abogada Ana Carro; el contador Juan Fernández; el abogado Gonzalo Carballo y el abogado Héctor Zeni.
