Denuncian por estafas millonarias a Walter Javier Nieva un abogado y oficial de la Policía Provincial en Río Grande y a su pareja tambien oficial de la Policia de Tierra del Fuego.
Las denuncias por el momento fueron radicadas en sede policial se traducirán en una presentación ante la fiscalía del Distrito Judicial Norte en los tribunales de Campamento YPF es viernes.
Desde hace dos días se acumulan denuncias en sede policial y escraches en redes sociales contra el oficial Principal de la Policía Provincial, Walter Javier Nieva, quien presta servicios en la comisaría de Género y Familia, y además formaba parte de la matrícula local de abogados con un estudio jurídico con sede en calle Viedma al 100, el cual está cerrado desde unos días.
Nieva desde hace años ofrece a inversionistas la posibilidad de dividendos extraordinarios ante el depósito de dinero que según lo ofertado a los denunciantes, “era invertido en Europa y en el exterior y ofrecía ganancias mayores a un plazo fijo”.
De esa manera las maniobras iniciaron años atrás con camaradas de la Policía Provincial y luego se fue extendiendo en el denominado “boca a boca” hasta llegar a particulares. Nadia es una vecina de Chacra II, quien lleva varios días reclamando la devolución de 1 millón 470 mil pesos invertidos, y el miércoles radicó la denuncia ante la falta de respuestas de parte de este abogado y efectivo policial.
De hecho ya varios de los damnificados se acercaron al domicilio de Nieva en calle Cabot 470 donde se encontraron con familiares desentendidos del tema, e incluso los denunciantes comienzan a apuntar contra quien dice ser “su ex pareja” una Inspectora de la Policía Provincial, de apellido Godoy, a la cual varias personas ya fueron a buscar a la comisaría Tercera de Chacra II, donde presta servicios.
Aseguran que son un total de 70 personas estafadas en Río Grande y unas 15 en Tolhuin, por lo que se están organizando para una presentación judicial este viernes en la fiscalía del Campamento YPF. La presentación contra Nieva, de quien se desconoce su paradero, abarcaría también a su “ex pareja”.
Desde la Policía Provincial iniciaron un sumario administrativo a Nieva para investigar su conducta, y se aguardan medidas administrativas en el caso de su pareja Godoy, dado que aún en ninguna de las denuncias fue mencionada. Nieva permanece de licencia actualmente en la fuerza y se estima se encuentra fuera de la provincia.
