Debido al cúmulo de pruebas en su contra y por sus antecedentes penales, el Juzgado de Instrucción a cargo de la feria judicial, resolvió imputar y mantener detenido a Omar Daniel Roldán (53), por el incendio ocurrido en el histórico supermercado denominado La Victoria, ubicado en la calle Kuanip al 600 de esta ciudad.
Se supo que existen imágenes de cámaras de seguridad y testimonios que comprometen al detenido Roldán, quien está acusado del delito de incendio intencional.
Roldán tiene antecedentes policiales y por violencia doméstica fue denunciado en reiteradas oportunidades por su pareja. Mientras tanto el sujeto sigue en prisión y la investigación continúa.
El incendio ocurrió en la madrugada del miércoles y sobre este caso informaron fuentes investigativas, que varios testigos vieron cuando Roldán estaba con una bolsa plástica con residuos, en el ingreso al portón del depósito del supermercado. Se supo que Roldán tomó la bolsa, comenzó el fuego y luego huyó.
Luego, el personal policial lo interceptó a una cuadra del mencionado supermercado, sobre la calle Kuanip al 500. Las fuentes señalaron que en el accionar policial constataron que Roldán estaba alcoholizado, situación que fue confirmada posteriormente en la guardia del Hospital Regional.
