“Hemos reforzado la atención durante todo el período vacacional, hasta abril”

En contacto con Mañanas Diferentes, por FM Espectáculo 93.1, el delegado nacional de Migraciones en Tierra del Fuego, Miguel Rodríguez, habló sobre la atención en el paso fronterizo San Sebastián y recordó cuál es la documentación necesaria para poder cruzar por Chile, rumbo al norte de nuestro país.

El delegado de Migraciones hizo hincapié en el refuerzo de atención que realizaron y señaló que “están habilitadas las garitas y demás. Leyendo varios medios, nos encontramos con comentarios de ciudadanos que hablan de esperas de una hora, pero bueno”.

Asimismo, aseguró que tienen “35 segundos de espera por persona para realizar los trámites migratorios. Si tenemos un acumulado de 60 vehículos, sabemos que van a tener que esperar una hora y media. Pasa lo mismo en el supermercado. Si hay mucha gente, hay que esperar, por más rápido que sea el cajero”.

En esta línea, puso en valor que están “trabajando muy bien con todos los organismos que tienen injerencia en el lado argentino y chileno. Cuando surge algún inconveniente, tenemos un grupo en el que damos información. Desde Chile nos dicen si cerraron la frontera, si hacen una apertura extraordinaria por algún vehículo argentino y demás. Siempre está la buena predisposición para que las personas lleguen bien a destino”.

Sobre la documentación a presentar y las dificultades que enfrentan las y los fueguinos al cruzar por el país vecino, dijo: “Algo común es que las personas se acercan a hacer el trámite migratorio con el DNI que no es el último emitido por el RENAPER. Es uno de los motivos por los se producen más rechazos”.

“El DNI digital nos sirve para tomar vuelos dentro del país. Cuando se trata de dejar el territorio, es necesario usar el físico. Pasa lo mismo con los menores recién nacidos. Hubo casos en los que se acercaron con el DNI en trámite y la Partida de Nacimiento. No pueden salir con eso”, aclaró.

Rodríguez agregó que “también está el tema de las autorizaciones de los menores. Suelen ser mal confeccionadas. Algunos se pueden salvar, pero otros no, y tienen que rehacerse”.

“La delegación de Ushuaia está en el acceso al puerto, con atención de 9 a 16. En Río Grande, se encuentra en San Martín 344, en la galería Topic, de 8 a 14″.

Al mismo tiempo, indicó que “en la oficina de Río Grande y de Ushuaia tenemos tres opciones para que los vecinos realicen este trámite. Puede ser exprés, que está en dos horas; está el nivel medio, que está en 48h; si tienen tiempo, pueden hacer el de 10 días hábiles. Salen 30 mil, 20 mil y 10 mil pesos, respectivamente”.

“Lo tramitan y les llega en el correo electrónico. Si lo perdés, lo podés reimprimir y está siempre nuevo. No hace falta conservarlo por años, porque cuentan con la versión digital. Eso sí, deben imprimirlo para presentarlo físico”, siguió.

Y aseveró que “no hace falta sacar turno. Se acerca el grupo familiar, con documentación y Partida de Nacimiento. Ahí lo hacen en el momento. Si no, puede acercarse uno y luego el otro se presenta a firmar”.

Finalmente, destacó que “si viven en ciudades separadas, puede acercarse el menor con un padre, y luego el otro puede finalizar el trámite. Es válido para cualquier provincia del país. Si un progenitor vive en Misiones y el otro está en Ushuaia, se inicia en una ciudad, se escanea, y se finaliza en la otra. El documento les llega por correo electrónico. Así tratamos de facilitarle la vida a la gente”.
