El siniestro vehicular ocurrió alrededor de las 10:31 y se trató de una motocicleta Mondial 110s, sin dominio colocado, que era conducida por Nahuel Nicolás Giménez Ludueña (20), quien manifestó que había sido colisionado por un Fiat Palio, que manejaba Paula Andrea Paillarca Zúñiga (46).
Tras el choque, una ambulancia llegó al lugar y los profesionales asistieron a motociclista que tenía un corte en el sector de la barbilla y dolencia en sus piernas. Tras examinar, el lesionado no consideró necesario su traslado. Posteriormente se dirigió al hospital por sus propios medios.
Ambas unidades fueron incautadas por inspectores municipales porque tenían faltante de documentación.
