RÍO GRANDE.- El Tribunal de Juicio en lo Criminal, dispuso para este lunes el comienzo de la etapa de alegatos, en el juicio oral y reservado a las partes, contra un hombre de 31 años, actualmente detenido, que está acusado de haber abusado de una mujer que lo había alojado en su casa.
Según la acusación, el hombre aprovechó el estado de vulnerabilidad de la víctima, quien se encontraba bajo los efectos de un sedante. En la denuncia, la víctima dijo que cuando se despertó del efecto causado por la pastilla que ingirió (Alplax), el hombre estaba encima suyo y la estaba penetrando.
Cabe señalar que Román Helvecio Roldán declaró en indagatoria ante el Tribunal, para hacer uso de su derecho de defensa. Luego de ello, los jueces escucharon a la víctima que ratificó su denuncia y, posteriormente, en otras jornadas, se escucharon los testimonios de profesionales que asistieron a la víctima y que también hicieron un informe sobre el perfil psicológico del acusado.
La fiscal Especializada en Violencia de Género e Intrafamiliar, Dra. Mónica Macri, será la primera en exponer el lunes, para luego dar lugar al argumento que brindará la defensa particular del imputado, ejercida por la Dra. María Naveas Lagos.
