El día de ayer, Maximiliano Bernabé Perpetto y Ramón “Moncho” Calderón, gremialistas y autoridades del Partido Justicialista de Tierra del Fuego, se negaron a declarar durante la indagatoria ante el Juez de Instrucción Federico Vidal. Ambos están involucrados en un caso por un ataque con arma de fuego que dejó a una persona herida tras un acto político del partido en la localidad de Ushuaia.
En esa línea, Perpetto ha sido formalizado bajo la acusación de lesiones con arma de fuego, basándose en la denuncia de la persona afectada. La defensa de ambos imputados ha solicitado su excarcelación, una decisión que el juez deberá tomar en las próximas horas. Cabe señalar que, antes de dictar una resolución, el magistrado consultó al fiscal, quien podría oponerse a la excarcelación si considera que existe riesgo procesal.
Recordemos que, ambos gremialistas fueron detenidos el pasado sábado en un control policial en Tolhuin, tras emitirse un pedido de captura contra Perpetto, quien fue identificado por varios testigos como el autor de los disparos que pusieron en peligro a los asistentes que se desconcentraban de un acto político en una Unidad Básica del PJ.
Por su parte, el abogado de Perpetto, Francisco Ibarra, comentó que ha tenido acceso a la causa tras levantarse la incomunicación y está realizando copias de las actuaciones “desde la declaración indagatoria hay 10 días para resolver su situación procesal”, añadió.
Por otro lado, la policía localizó el vehículo Audi negro señalado por testigos como el auto desde el cual se realizaron los disparos. Este estaba en el barrio Escondido y el juez ordenó su registro para recuperar cualquier evidencia, especialmente el arma utilizada.
El registro se realizó sin necesidad de abrir el auto por la colaboración de una persona que entregó las llaves, identificada como Pedro Gastón Hervidas.
Las decisiones del juez y el desarrollo del caso serán seguidos de cerca en las próximas horas.
