Al arribar al lugar, los efectivos encontraron dentro del local a un sujeto identificado como Julio César Moya de 25 años, quien fue aprehendido en el acto.
Durante la madrugada de hoy, aproximadamente a las 05:00 horas, el personal policial de la Comisaría Primera de Río Grande recibió un llamado solicitando su presencia en el comercio «Maluenda», ubicado en la calle Laserre al 500, dado a que un sujeto con intenciones de robar en el local, rompió una vidriera.
Al arribar al lugar, los efectivos se encontraron con un panel de la vidriera completamente roto. Dentro del local, se localizó a Julio César Moya, de 25 años, quien fue aprehendido en el acto.
Tras la intervención policial, se dio aviso al Ministerio Público Fiscal, que dispuso los trámites correspondientes por el delito de robo en grado de tentativa.
El detenido quedó a disposición de la justicia, mientras se avanza en las investigaciones para esclarecer los detalles del hecho.
