La Casa de la Cultura fue escenario este jueves de la finalización de la tercera edición de la Digital Hackathon. Este espacio -que potencia las habilidades tecnológicas de las y los jóvenes riograndenses- se ha consolidado como parte de las políticas de inclusión digital que impulsa la gestión del intendente Martín Perez en Río Grande.
El evento fue organizado por la Subsecretaría de Innovación Pública del Municipio de Río Grande, con el apoyo de diversas entidades como la Fundación Mirgor, Total Energies, la Fundación YPF, Asuntos del Sur y BGH.
En esta oportunidad fueron 17 los equipos participantes de niveles, secundario, terciario y universitario, compuestos por cinco estudiantes y un docente tutor, quienes identificaron problemáticas en sus respectivas instituciones para luego diseñar soluciones tecnológicas con la guía de mentores especializados. Los proyectos presentados abarcaron desde la digitalización de información relevante para la comunidad educativa, hasta campañas de sensibilización sobre el manejo de emociones y reciclaje, e incluso la impresión 3D de placas y planos de evacuación y recursos para la enseñanza de lengua de señas.
Participaron además, los jurados: la Coordinadora Local de Proyectos de Desarrollo, Ana Berbel, la comunicadora y periodista Rafaela Benítez y el docente, José Carlos Eder.
Durante la gala de premiación, el secretario de Gestión Ciudadana del Municipio de Río Grande, Gonzalo Ferro, agradeció la participación de los jóvenes, de las instituciones y de las empresas y destacó el impacto social y técnico del evento”.
Ferro agregó que «fue una decisión política del intendente Martín Perez plantearmos una agenda del conocimiento para las juventudes que al mismo tiempo sea un camino de oportunidades”, por eso “estamos orgullosos de las habilidades, capacidades e intereses que demostraron las y los riograndenses que trabajaron en proyectos tecnológicos para mejorar sus instituciones y su ciudad”.
Cabe señalar que la comunidad pudo participar de la votación a través de una plataforma web. Más de 2200 personas se sumaron a esta instancia, tras la cual se consagró ganador el proyecto «Conecta Construcción» perteneciente al Cent 35 con 647 votos.
Además de la experiencia adquirida, los equipos ganadores fueron premiados con tecnología avanzada como impresoras 3D, kits de robótica, de electrónica y el acceso a talleres a cargo de especialistas del Espacio Tecnológico.
En tanto que todos los participantes recibieron tablets, mientras que el equipo con mayor votación en la plataforma “Participa Río Grande” fue recompensado con teléfonos celulares Galaxy A72 brindados por la Fundación Mirgor.
La Hackathon Digital de Río Grande se refuerza como una apuesta del Municipio para consolidar a la tecnología como motor de cambio social, alentando a las juventudes a participar activamente en la mejora de su comunidad a través del conocimiento y la innovación.

1ro. Por el voto del público con 647 votos fue «Conecta construcción» del Cent 35.
1ro. Terciario/Universitario: «Plataforma de empleo» – Politécnico Malvinas Argentinas.
1ro. Nivel secundario: «Net.edu» – Colegio Provincial Dr Ernesto Guevara.
2do. Nivel secundario: «Soberanos» – Colegio Provincial Soberanía Nacional.
