El Gobierno provincial acordó nueva recomposición salarial al básico para 2024 con ATSA, UPCN y ATE Rio Grande, estos últimos anunciaron que no adhieren al paro dispuesto para este miércoles, quedando solo Ushuaia como sede del paro estatal por 24 horas.
De manera sorpresiva y a ultima hora se reunieron los gremios estatales de Rio Grande con el Ejecutivo y rápidamente acordaron un incremento de un 10% al básico a partir del mes de diciembre que se cobraría desde enero 2024, la mejora de otros índices y la absorción de la tercera cuota de la Asignación Extraordinaria que se había establecido por el Decreto 2615/23.
En el marco de la mesa paritaria que se concretó en la ciudad de Río Grande, se acordó para el Escalafón Húmedo (sector Salud) un incremento del 10% al básico a partir del mes de diciembre de 2023; se fijó en 10 mil pesos el ítem Asistencia y el ítem Área Critica en 82%, absorbiendo la tercera cuota de la Asignación Extraordinaria que se había establecido según el Decreto Provincial N° 2615/23.
En cuanto al Escalafón Seco también se acordó incremento de un 10% al Básico a partir del mes de diciembre de 2023, llevar el ítem Asistencia a 12 mil pesos, absorbiendo de esta forma la tercera cuota de la Asignación Extraordinaria según Decreto Provincial N° 2615/23.
