Un sujeto comenzará a ser juzgado este miércoles 4 de octubre, en el Tribunal de Juicio en lo Criminal del Distrito Judicial Sur, luego de que una madre denunciara que su hijo fue filmado por el imputado mientras se duchaba.
Según se desprende del requerimiento de elevación a juicio, el imputado es un hombre de 34 años que habría sido pareja del padre de la víctima, quien está acusado de infringir el Art. 128 del Código Penal “Delitos contra la integridad sexual”.
La víctima es un joven menor de edad, que al momento de la denuncia tenía 12 años. El hecho se habría producido el 13 de mayo de 2021 cuando el niño advirtió que era filmado, con un teléfono celular, mientras se bañaba en la ducha de la vivienda. Además, al imputado se le habrían encontrado imágenes de la víctima y de otros menores de edad.
Para el Ministerio Público Fiscal, el imputado deberá responder por el delito de producción de representaciones de las partes genitales de un menor de 18 años con fines predominantemente sexuales y tenencia de representaciones de menores de 18 años dedicadas a actividades sexuales explícitas y de sus partes genitales con fines predominantemente sexuales, en concurso real.
El Tribunal de Juicio estará presidido por el Dr. Maximiliano García Arpón, con las vocalías de los Dres. Alejandro Pagano Zavalía y Rodolfo Bembihy Videla. En tanto, el Ministerio Público Fiscal estará representado por el Dr. Fernando Ballester Bidau y la defensa la ejercerá un Defensor Público.
