El candidato candidato a diputado y apoderado de Republicanos Unidos, Santiago Pauli dialogó con Radio Fueguina luego del triunfo en las PASO le respondió al candidato de Jorge Araujo de Unión por la Patria, que subestimó el voto joven a Javier Milei. Pauli indico que comparte los dichos de Milei que la Ley 19640 es una estafa.
El apoderado del espacio manifestó su sorpresa por el resultado porque, a pesar de que esperaban una buena elección, “sorprendió que terminásemos primeros, lo que nos da mucho trabajo de cara a octubre”.
Pauli manifestó que se demostró un voto de confianza para una transformación real en Argentina y que el apoyo masivo se debe a la apuesta de los fueguinos a Javier Milei como candidato a presidente.
En este sentido opinó sobre las desafortunadas declaraciones de ciertos Jorge «Koki» Araujo, que adjudicó el voto a Milei como una falta de experiencia política: “He escuchado en otros espacios que los fueguinos votan mal o no entienden lo que se viene, nos tratan a todos colectivamente de tarados. Primero, está mal; segundo, subestima el voto de la gente”.
“Nosotros nunca subestimamos el voto de quien no nos eligió, sino que pensamos que debemos comunicar más y mejor. Tratar a tu votante de tarado es una mala estrategia electoral y es bastante elitista”, apuntó el candidato libertario y manifestó que más que subestimar al electorado los candidatos deberían trabajar en conjunto por y para Tierra del Fuego.
Asimismo, Pauli fue consultado por la posición de Milei ante el subrégimen de promoción industrial y recordó que el candidato libertario no es el único que criticó dicha ley, sino que Massa también realizó declaraciones poco felices sobre el régimen.
“Comparto plenamente lo que dijo Milei, porque lo que pasa en Tierra del Fuego es una estafa de un pequeño grupo de empresarios que utilizan un beneficio que es para todos, no devuelven lo que tiene que devolver y tiene a los trabajadores fabriles rehenes de esto. Quienes deberían evitar que esto pase, los gobiernos locales y sindicalistas, terminan siendo cómplices de estos empresarios”, aseguró.
“La 19.640 es una ley con la que, como liberal, me siento 100% identificado. Somos partidarios de bajar los impuestos para beneficiar una actividad, pero nunca vamos a estar a favor de que estas empresas nos tengan de rehenes”, añadió.
Respecto al miedo que podría dar un candidato como Milei para la provincia, Pauli manifestó que la mayoría apoyó el modelo y quedó demostrado en estas elecciones. “Ya conocemos modelos de países de Juntos por el Cambio y Unión por la Patria, los conocemos y explican porque estamos como estamos, conocemos el ajuste, límites, poner palos en la rueda y castigar al que emprende. Hay que votar a algo diferente si quiere algo diferente”, denunció.
Por último, Santiago Pauli indicó que de cara a octubre se continuará trabajando desde el diálogo, animando a los inseguros a sumarse a la propuesta y que, en caso de resultar electos, trabajar en consensos con los otros candidatos por el bien de la provincia y el país.
“Todos los candidatos se merecen respeto como colegas fueguinos, aún cuando pueda estar en la vereda del frente en todas las ideas. Cuando uno es funcionario tiene que rendir cuentas, pero la discusión tiene que darse en el plano de las ideas y los hechos”, finalizó diciendo Pauli.
