La Caja de Previsión Social aprobó un déficit de 7.733 millones de pesos para el ejercicio 2024. El pago de jubilaciones y pensiones supera los 100 mil millones de pesos.
El mismo contempla ingresos por $ 96.692 millones de pesos, mientras que los gastos fueron estimados en $ 104.425 millones, proyectando un déficit de $ 7.733 millones.
Para hacer frente al déficit, la Caja de Previsión Social estima recibir unos $ 7.251 millones por parte del Gobierno de la Provincia como consecuencia de los ingresos establecidos en la ley 1192 en el artículo 3°.
Estos recursos provienen del pago de ingresos brutos a las actividades financieras y son aportados por las entidades financieras con sucursales en la provincia y son destinados a ir cancelando la deuda histórica de 208 millones de dólares que el gobierno provincial generó con el sistema previsional en el año 2001.
En cuanto a los convenios de pago de otras deudas consolidadas a través de las leyes 1068 y 1302, el organismo estima recaudar $ 380 millones. De los $ 104.425 millones del gasto, $ 101.738 corresponden al pago de beneficios y el resto a los gastos de funcionamiento del organismo.
Con base en esta información, el sistema previsional tendría un déficit estructural (ingresos previsionales menos el pago de prestaciones) de $ 5.695 millones, esta información no coincide con el resultado previsto en el proyecto aprobado por la caja de jubilaciones que estima el déficit estructural en $ 11.390 millones.
El proyecto no hace mención al aumento en el pago de beneficios como consecuencia de la jubilación extraordinaria sancionada a fines del 2023.
