Ocurrió en calle Fuegia Basket, en Ushuaia.
El domingo 30 de julio a las 6 de la mañana y en la calle Fuegia Basket frente al numeral 650, en Ushuaia, se produjo un siniestro vial múltiple, causado por un conductor que circulaba en estado de ebriedad y sin documentación habilitante.
Personal policial de la Comisaría 2da., constató al llegar al lugar que un rodado Chevrolet Spin, conducido por Sebastián Cristian Sotar, quien evidenciaba encontrarse alcoholizado, acababa de chocar a tres vehículos estacionados y afortunadamente sin ocupantes en ningún caso. Resultaron damnificados por su accionar Sabrina Natalia Olivera, propietaria de un rodado Toyota Etios; Héctor Rodolfo Gasc, dueño también de un automotor Toyota Etios y Osvaldo Dicetti, de un vehículo Chevrolet Corsa Classic.
Al arribar personal de la Dirección Municipal de Tránsito y hacerle soplar la pipeta a Sotar, la prueba arrojó resultado positivo, por lo que procedieron a labrarle una multa y a incautarle el vehículo, dado que además tampoco el sujeto contaba con la documentación para conducir en regla. Por su parte los efectivos policiales dispusieron la aprehensión contravencional del conductor por haber infringido el Art. 120 de la Ley 1.024 y asesoraron a las demás partes acerca de los pasos legales a seguir.
