Declararon nulos unos 3100 votos de Republicanos Unidos. Los integrantes de la Junta Electoral indicaron que las boletas recurridas tienen distinto color a las que fueron oficializadas y eso invalida la posibilidad de ser contabilizados como votos válidos. Los que representaría una banca en el Concejo Deliberante de Rio Grande y otra en Ushuaia.
En un escueto comunicado el Poder Judicial informó que la Junta Electoral había decidido declarar nulos los 2900 votos para el estamento para concejales en ambas ciudades (1900 en Río Grande y 1200 en Ushuaia aproximadamente) de Republicanos Unidos. Lo hicieron bajo el argumento de que las boletas eran de distinto color al que fue oficializadas.
«La Juntas Electorales resolvieron que los votos recurridos de Republicanos por motivo del color de la boleta verde sean votos nulos, por no cumplir con lo que establece la ley y las ordenanzas municipales sobre qué boletas se deben emplear», señala el comunicado.
Agrega que «La ley establece que uno de los motivos de nulidad de los votos es usar boletas distintas a las oficializadas, lo que en este caso se verifica claramente. Las Juntas electorales están abriendo igual las mesas de votos recurridos y nulos».
Por último se señaló que «previamente establecieron pautas: solo se admitirán abrir las novedades que cumplan con los requisitos, es decir que en el sobre dónde estén los recurridos figuren nombre y apellido, DNI y partido al que pertenece el que recurre».
En tanto desde Republicanos presentaron una cautelar en la Justicia: “Para que no sea destruida la prueba de que está siendo vulnerada la voluntad del electorado”.
Así lo aseguró en declaraciones a FM La Isla, la legisladora electa por Republicanos, Natalia Gracianía, en relación a la escandalosa decisión de la Junta Electoral de considerar nulos 3 mil votos emitidos en los estamentos de Concejo Deliberante en Río Grande y en Ushuaia.
“Presentamos una cautelar y vamos a hacer reserva federal del caso, para hacer algo urgente para cuidar el voto de los fueguinos, no queremos que lo destruyan si consideran que es una decisión tomada. La Justicia Electoral tiene que custodiar esos votos, garantizarnos de alguna manera que están siendo transparentes, no que no importa lo que votemos por que la decisión es de ellos”, expresó. En ese sentido sintió, “nos están robando dos bancas por que sabemos que muchos de esos votos son nuestros y estamos cerca de integrar en los Concejos de ambas ciudades con el sistema D´Hont”.
Gracianía agregó “vamos a llegar hasta las últimas consecuencias, entendemos que lo que sucedió hoy es un verdadero escándalo de proporciones”, dijo, agregando, “la Justicia está desconociendo la voluntad de 3 mil fueguinos que entraron al cuarto oscuro con la esperanza de elegir a sus representantes y esperaban ser tenidos en cuenta, tras una elección con total libertad”.
“De manera unilateral y avalados por la Justicia Electoral deciden anular todos los votos recurridos, se dio la oportunidad de hablar a nuestro apoderado, poco y nada, le dijeron que no era momento del reclamo y la decisión estaba tomada”, agregó.
La legisladora electa señaló que “se llevaron boletas a la Justicia el 7 de mayo, entre el 7 y 14 jamás nos hicieron una observación de nuestras boletas. La Justicia las recepciona, las prepara y las distribuye a los cuartos oscuros, y durante el acto eleccionario en una maniobra orquestada y organizada en varias escuelas se presentan los fiscales a impugnar por el color”.
Finalmente hizo un planteo de lo incoherente que resulta la decisión judicial; “tenemos muchos otros votos en las restantes mesas y que son válidos con esa misma boleta, y dan por nulos en las mesas en que impugnaron, y estamos hablando de la misma boleta”.
“No quiero pensar que hay influencias políticas adentro de la Justicia, espero por el bien de la sociedad que esto no sea así”, reflexionó respecto de que estos votos permitirían desplazar de bancas en Río Grande al segundo concejal del MPF y en Ushuaia a una banca del oficialismo Forja.
